First from Montse Valls:
She was born in Barcelona in 1964.
-She has a degree in Psychology, Clinical specialty, from the University of Barcelona.
-Registered by the EFPA as a European Psychologist with the EuroPsy – European Certificate in Psychology.
-Recognized by the EFPA as a European Psychologist Specialist in Psychotherapy with the EuroPsy – European Certificate in Psychotherapy.
-Registered as a General Health Psychologist.
-Exercises clinical psychology in Barcelona, in her own psychology and health centre, authorized by the Generalitat de Catalunya
-She graduated in several courses of Dietetics and Nutrition.
-Among other things, she has written, directed and presented radio programs, among them «Terciopelo Negro»
-She has also written, directed and presented television programs in Catalonia, including “El Gronxador”
-Also she has several published novels, among them the trilogy composed by «Suicidio colectivo», «Vestid, vestid malditos» and «Rimel amarillo, nieve roja»
-So she has published the collection «Rabasketa» of books of children’s stories.
-She also produces books and self-help courses.

So that you know more about us, we are going to tell you the details of why we write
Now that you know something about us, we are going to tell you why we wrote. One day, many years ago, in a radio program in which we collaborated, it occurred to us to propose an idea for the script of the same.
It worked very well, so much that after some time developing this small space in the program in which we collaborated, the director of the radio proposed us to take our own program.
For almost three years we were writing the scripts, directing and presenting the program, where once a week, we narrated a short story written by us. We reached a very good level of audience.
They asked us if we would dare with a television program in magazine format. We were seduced by the idea and we started doing it, also writing the scripts, directing and presenting it.
While writing, we discovered that we were passionate and as a result, we decided to write a thriller and thus was born «29 de febrero».
Is the work finished?
Once written, we realized that it was necessary to improve the style and correct any possible error. We did this and started moving to try to get it published. Finally we went to a literary agency, who was the one who took care of presenting the work to several publishers, but not before telling us, that it would be good if, a professional proof-reader, gave him a look.
Once the correction was completed, we realized that a writer should never correct his own work. In other words, it’s very difficult to be impartial when comes to retouching personal work. Even if you are able to make a good correction, it is difficult to see the defects of your new-born «son» or, sometimes, you find too many.
And so, little by little, we were writing other novels and children’s stories and connecting with valid professionals, in each of the production phases of a book: correction, layout, cover design, etc.
